Shipping Information

At Jaxon Naturals, every product is handcrafted in small batches right here in Prince Edward Island. We carefully pack each order and ship it as quickly as possible so your natural skincare can arrive safely at your door.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During holidays, promotions, markets, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll reach out and keep you informed.

Shipping Rates (within Canada)

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).

Flat Rate Shipping

$15 CAD flat rate shipping on orders under $100 CAD.

Untracked Letter Mail

For small orders containing up to 2 lip balms (15g or less), we offer:

$2 CAD untracked shipping

Please note:

  • Untracked orders do not include a tracking number.
  • Delivery times may vary.
  • Jaxon Naturals is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered untracked packages.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • PEI: 1–3 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships (excluding untracked letter mail orders).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

For tracked shipments, we will work with the carrier to help resolve any delivery issues.

Weather & Natural Products

Because our products are made with natural ingredients such as beeswax, shea butter, and coconut oil, they may soften during hot weather or become firmer during cold temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Delays caused by customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost (unless noted) and are the responsibility of the customer.

Jaxon Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Refused Packages

If an international order is refused by the recipient or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping charges or customs-related fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
