Every Jaxon Naturals product is handcrafted in small batches in Prince Edward Island, Canada. We focus on simple, natural ingredients that are effective, affordable, and easy to understand.
Are your products all natural?
We carefully choose naturally derived ingredients whenever possible and avoid unnecessary additives. We believe in creating products that are gentle, effective, and made with ingredients you can recognize.
Are your products made in Canada?
Yes. All Jaxon Naturals products are handcrafted in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. We do not test our products on animals
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, especially our Unscented Collection. Because everyone's skin is different, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before full use.
Do your products contain synthetic fragrances?
Many of our products are scented with essential oils or natural flavor oils. Specific ingredients are listed on each product page.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand
How much does shipping cost?
- Free Canadian shipping on orders over $100.
- Flat rate Canadian shipping is $15.
- Untracked shipping for up to two lip balms is available within Canada for $2.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. We offer free weekly local delivery throughout Prince Edward Island
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all tracked shipments receive tracking information by email. Please note that the $2 untracked lip balm shipping option does not include tracking.
Are customs fees or duties included?
International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total.

Why do some products vary slightly in color or texture?
Because our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur from batch to batch.
How should I store my products?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Some products may soften or melt if exposed to high temperatures.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most products are best used within 6–12 months after opening. Specific recommendations may vary by product.
Do you use preservatives?
Some products that contain water-based ingredients may include gentle preservatives for safety and stability. Water-free products may not require preservatives. Individual ingredient lists are available on each product page.
Are your lip balms vegan?
Most of our lip balms contain beeswax and are therefore not vegan.

Do you offer wholesale?

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Wholesale products require a minimum order quantity of 12 units per product type. For example, if a product comes in four scents, you may order three of each scent to reach the minimum.

Returns & Happiness Guarantee
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Your happiness matters to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.
Can I return opened products?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. However, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out and we will work with you to find a solution.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.
