At Jaxon Naturals, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of everything we make.

Because our products are personal care items, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

Our Happiness Guarantee

We genuinely want you to love your Jaxon Naturals products. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out. While not all products qualify for refunds, we'll always do our best to find a fair solution and ensure you have a positive experience with our brand.

As a small Canadian business, we value every customer and appreciate the trust you place in our products.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care products

  • Lip balms

  • Deodorants

  • Bath and body products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

To protect the health and safety of all customers, returned personal care products cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund, where appropriate

Lost Packages

For tracked shipments, we will work with the shipping carrier to help investigate lost packages.

For orders shipped using $2 untracked letter mail, Jaxon Naturals is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or misdelivered by the postal service.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Jaxon Naturals.

Product Concerns

We understand that skincare is personal and that products may work differently for each individual.

If you experience an issue with one of our products, please reach out. While we cannot guarantee refunds based on personal preference, scent preference, or individual skin reactions, we are always happy to discuss solutions and work toward a positive outcome.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Natural Product Variations

Because our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, scent, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges associated with their order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Due to the cost of international shipping, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
